Join Allison with Rise'n Allen Dough Company for this Artisan Bread Basics Class.

She will teach you how to feed & maintain your Sourdough starter, mixing, shaping, scoring a loaf, and how to bake the perfect Sourdough loaf.

We will prepare the loaf for you to take home to bake.

Participants ARE REQUIRED to provide a Dutch Oven for baking the bread or have the option to purchase one at the time of registration.

All other supplies are included: Bowl, Danish Whisk, Kitchen Scale, Bench Scraper, Banneton, Bread Lame, a favorite bread recipe, and your own sourdough starter.
